               This morning I got up and decided this kit would be the next built from my stash. As you can see the basic build has gone well. Even though I have bought a few aftermarket update sets for this, I can’t say I’m overly impressed with their quality and one of the internal pressure tank parts I believe is undersized and will not fit correctly into the first stage.  For that reason have decided to build the kit OOB and without any of the internals. It will be a test for me as seams are not a strong suit for me and there are a lot of long ones on this kit.

Looks good so far. I would be having nightmares about masking the black pattern over those corrugated conical sections.

Great start on a fondly-remembered old kit (which I, too, have lurking in the 'stash.')

BTW...that has to be among the most orderly work areas I've ever seen. Big Smile

Thanks, guys. I assure you, whilst most things have a place, it ain’t that orderly. I just have a rule that the work bench must be cleared when I start a new project.
