1/72 scale Space Shuttle, which was better?

Ages ago, before any of the shuttles had a disaster, I built one, but I am fairly sure it was the Monogram kit.

I've never built either, but from what I've read, the Monogram is the better of the two (though it has its problems).  In this instance, I'm a believer in "who could tell?".  Get whatever you can and work the modification magic!
