saturn v scale ques.

hi i am trying to build a saturn v at 1/70 scale. can anyone tell me how to convert the original size of the rocket from feet to inches to make it at 1/70 scale? may be how high each stage would be in inches to make it 1/70 scale. i am fairly new to this hobby and would apreciate any help. thank you terry
