Since we've been discussing the new Atomic City/MRC Mercury kit, I thought I'd post a few Mercury-related photos:

Here's the world's coolest phone booth. My good friend and fellow space geek Jim Haught (Scale Auto's editor) and I made a pilgrimage to Kennedy Space Center last year, and that's where I found it:



This one's an eBay find. It's a plastic coin bank, presumably for collecting for charity, etc.



This is a 1962 Williams "Friendship 7" pinball machine. Only around 500 were produced to commemorate Glenn's orbital flight. You get five balls for a dime...
