Yann is right, each mercury mission, the instrument panel was slightly different, only the earlier capsules had the periscope display panel and by the way the link Yann sent you is the actual spacecraft atomic city used to design the model which was going to fly as the freedom7 2,but instead it was used for parts for gordos' coopers Faith7 flight,if you notice on the panel with the rectangle status lights, they modeled the last few rows missing the covers,so the three bumps you see there represent the bulbs minus the covers.

Here is a good image of the control board:

http://www.nasm.si.edu/interact/qtvr/uhc/qtvr.htm  the problem is that every capsule had their own.  Your best source for pictures are the different nasa sites.

I've built this kit and I was impressed by the whole kit except for the cnotrol board also.  I did some scratchbuilding inside but I was still a rookie and it is not accurate at all, I just filled empty spaces.

It is still an impressive kit but there is room for improvements.  I think there is no aftermarket kit available yet.

No matter where you go ....... there you are.

I recently busted out MRC's mercury capsule, and I was a little disappointed with the interior detail...Can anyone point me in the right direction with conversion tips, interior photo sources, and/or materials I will need for conversion?

any help would be appreciated
