Thank you so much for taking the great photos of Zond. It was very kind of you. The Descent Module of Zond was covered by thermal blankets that also were used on Soyuz. Many modelers call this color "Soyuz green". It is a mixture of 60% forest gree, 20% metallic blue (Copenhagen metallic blue in this case), 10% silver and 10% black or grey (darker or lighter shades). It has different sheens by airbrushes several shades and then dry brushing.
The kit itself was made by New Ware and was a delight to build. There are 36 "T" antennas between the tow modules which are included on a single PE ring. the large PE antenna dish up front was formed over a metal Easter egg!
