International Space Staion Model

The Revell kit is readily available online and in the stock of many hobby shops. My build of it can be seen in this forum. I paid $56 bucks for it. Unfortunately my model photography isn't that great and doesn't do justice to it.  You could easily spend around $250 for an ISS model inclding supplies.

I had fun building it although the large arrays were murder to paint. 

The Intermountain Railway kit is the best, most accurate and most detailed, and it can be built in any stage. At this point, it contains "extra" sections that will never be launched, but it is not missing anything except the European ATV transport module which is not a permanant part of the ISS anyway.

 The kit is expensive but worth the price and you can detail it. RealSpaceModels.com sells a detail kit for it and another kit of solary array trusses to enhance it.Try ebay for the kit.

Heller made a ISS but it does not have solar panels and is an odd scale. Start made a small scale ISS and I got mine from Squadron.com. In 1/144,  Intermountain railway made a detailed kit but it is very expensive and I don't know if it is available.

If you want a Revell Germany ISS do a google for the space shop located at the Kennedy Space Center. I was there on vacation in January and they had a ton of them for 60.00. I believe they will do mail order.
