I think I made a good purchase (pics added 29 AUG 07)

I was at a garage/yard sale on Sunday and I think I did well.

Revell 1/24 gemini kit # 85-1835.  Two dollars.  It is partially assembled and painted.  The interior is this aqua color.  I did an inventory of the parts against the instructions and everything seems to be in the box.

Anywho, I'd like to do this right.  My thought is to remove all the paint (super clean) and start taking it apart. Or should I take it apart first (how to?) and then remove the paint?

I'm going to try and borrow a digital camera and let you see what I'm up to.

Any advice is greatly appreciated.

Thank you in advance!!!

That is a fantastic deal.

I've been watching these the last 6 months go on ebay for $50+. I want one but not at that price.

 Congrats
