Even better, go to the mecca of modeling supplies, the dollar store and cheap ear buds are available. Bob Gregory Ruining one kit at a time

I have never been a big fan of the Dremel for anything other than large projects. I even bought one of the really cheap ones with the big battery pack that detaches for cutting larger resin blocks and especially for mixing paints. Recently I bought the litium powered Dremel Micro and added the chuck to it and I have used it for everything! Lowest speed setting is slow enough to drill and even sand without melting yet it still has higher speeds for getting through that resin block. It isn't cheap but it has been immensly helpful in my most recent build.

I haven't tried the new Dremel Micro yet, but I can't live without my Dremel.  I don't know how many jigs I've made that turn it into a table sander, or drill press over the years.  I think I even made a makeshift table saw once and just used my Dremel... but... I recently saw something that has been calling to me... I've been drooling over it and am seriously thinking of getting it... This is gonna be my next and probably my last tool purchase!

That is pretty slick, Lord!!! My inlaws got me a nice 6 in one Ryobi set for Xmas with the lithium Ion batteries. 18V I think. That's a damn neat idea, wonder what took them so long to come up with that!!!??!? Rudy
