HI, im trying to find a way to give my model integra a carbon fiber look for its hood, any tips would be apprieciated,

Look for carbon fiber 'decals' to get the look you want. The website naplak posted is a common one for good quality decals and other items.

I've also seen carbon fiber done by spraying paint through a 'screen' over top of the part. I've never done it, but it resulted in a pretty nice effect.

You can use the technique that Mkish mentioned, my Dad came up with his own version of that one and the results he got were fanatastic.

Also, the carbon-fiber decals are WAY-COOL! Check out my humble website for some pictures of an absolutely nutzo 1/12 Ferrari F190. Some of the shots show the carbon-fiber decals off to advantage. Go to the "SNAPSHOTS" page and click on the photo of the Ferrari.

i built the same car! i use floyes auto colors to do it. use the pearl black.
