Yes, however, the quality of those instructions can vary somewhat. NO one is expected to imagine what the PE designer was thinking when he made the fret.
A special tool is nice, but dowels, sharp #11 or a good set of nippers, some needle nose pliers will get you through.
It's a good idea to lay yhr fret on lo-tac tape to cut out the small part to keep them from flying of to the other dimension where lost parts go.

Remember, if the women don't find you handsome, they should at least find you handy.

Do PE sets come with a set of instructions? im looking to buy a set to detail up a P-51D but i dont understand where all those little parts go. i love detail, but the run of the mill cockpits ive seen so far are just not enough. ive never used PE so any info would be appreciated. do i need a hold and fold? i want to detail the cockpit mainly, should i just buy an aftermarket cocpit set instead? thanks.
