What's the best way to make your own lenses of consistent diameter, height?

Punching them out of a clear plastic sheet?

On small optics filling a hole with white glue works fine, too.

Hope it helps, have a nice day

You mean ones that work, or just areas that look like lenses?

The ones that look like lenses --say on the top of the TOS USS Enterprise.

I paint the area aluminum or silver, and then build up that transparent cement, intended for windows. If you are careful you can kind of shape it while applying it.
