Thinner for streaking products
Posted by aWintersTale on Monday, November 24, 2014 12:04 AM

I have my collection of ready-made washes (like Mig Brown Wash), which readily  flow through capillary action. But now I am looking at my collection of streaking products (Rust Effects, Streaking Grime, Winter Streaking Grime, etc.), which do not readily flow when I try to use as a wash, but would like them to. I believe a thinning agent can induce my streaking products to behave like a wash.  Has anyone diluted their streaking products and used them as washes, and if so, what type of thinner saw success? Thank you.

Mig Products are enamel,so you can thin with Mig  Thinner,or any enamel thinner,or mineral spirits.I have used Mig thinner to thin the Fuel and Oil Stain mix.
