Transfering Panel Lines onto a Kit.

Just need to pick your brains quickly.

I got a scale drawing/print of a Design that I want to scratch-build.

What would be the best and easiest method to transfer the Panel lines from the print to the Kit so that I could scribe them.

I know that I can use Carbonpaper, but feel that the resulting lines won't be clear enough.

Something I've thought about trying, but never have, is using a plain paper copier to copy a design straight onto something like matte finish Frisket film. I've never tried it because copiers get the media pretty warm when they fuse the toner to it, so I've been hesitant to try.

An alternative might be to scan the design and then print it onto Frisket with an inkjet printer. You'll have to be careful about getting it the right size though.
