Modelers, I have a Revell F-89 with at least two warped wing halves. What are the best ways typically to fix this? Thanks.

Personally I just gently heat them with a heat gun or blow drier, and apply GENTLE pressure until they resemble the correct shape.

Heat them just enough to be plyable, not to the point where the plastic starts to 'sweat'.

Lately ive been getting warped parts in my revell models, sometimes i would glue them and put the part in a vise and put on clothes pins overtime usually a day or two the pieces look better.

The couple of models that I've acquired recently that have warped parts I pass on to my kids. Son is 12 and really getting in to the detailing thing but doesn't mind wrestling with warped parts...yet. Daughter 10 loves to paint everything in bright fluorescent colors and doesn't know from warped. Maybe I'm warped for passing the kits off to her, but she has a blast and that's worth gold nuggets.
