Raised detail question re Rivets

Other than simulating rivets with a pounce wheel, you could try these:

They are tiny resin dots printed on clear decal film.  I have not tried them, but have a project that requires extensive raised rivets so I'll be getting some.  Download their catalog and print it out "actual size", as they have 1:1 patterns shown.  Look at the N-Gauge (1/160) stuff, as they are probably your best bet to get something that matches.

   You got a very good answer . I have those ,supplied by a client .Totally awesome .There are sizes that will definitely help you .

If you have sheets of dry transfer lettering, and do not use many periods, the small font periods make nice rivets- basically the same as above stuff.  Another way to make small rivets is with white glue.  Pour a little on some scrap, dip end of toothpick in it, then on model surface.  Don't make them too big- many kits with non-flush rivets- even good expensive kits- have very oversize rivets.

  Did you know that the best white glue to use for rivets is Aleens Tacky Glue . Because it is so thick you can make thousands of scale rivets for a Titanic model . Look great too !
