The SAS won't describe their pink but others have said it's red oxide plus white, so as long as it 'looks right' to you, it should be correct. Since you're using Tamiya paints, you can either mix red and white or adjust their pink color. if you want one pre-mixed, Lifecolor has an acrylic "Desert Pink" http://www.bnamodelworld.com/lifecolor-lc-ua230-acrylic-paint-desert-pink-22ml

Gentlemen,

Could somebody give me info on how to get that pink colour that the Brits are using on Land Rover? I plan to build one that was used in Desert Storm, not full in pink but with brown/sand colour as well. I use Tamiya paints, mostly because the local art shop carries them.
