Do pastel chalks go bad after a while? Mine just won't stick and I'm using the oilless kind.
I wouldnt think so,keep in mind they are not really products for modeling,we just adopted them.Perhaps if the procedure isn't just right,they don't work,not really sure,just putting it out there.
