I have had this happen in the past.  I would give the clear a few days to fully cure.  I would then with a high grit sand paper like 6000 to 8000 lightly wet sand the area.  I would dip a cotton swab in water, wet the affected area assuming the underlying paint is not acrylic and then lightly sand the edges of the clear where it pulled off.  Once edges were feathered  I would clean and dry the area, wait 24 hours and respray the clear.

One time I just reprayed the clear over the affected area without fixing it and when I re weathered it, it turned out to add a very convincing battle damage field repair look to it.

Goes to show you there are no real mistakes in modelling and sometimes the unintended is better then what you had planned.

If it is not a NMF, you can try using some fine grit sand paper and feather it out.  Touch up any break throughs and reclear. Pics would help.

If a NMF, feather out and spot in and reclear.  Good opportunity to add some contrast with slightly different shades for panels if it falls that way.

If enamel, let it cure out, or you might run into lifting/wrinkling issues.

How do you repair something like this without stripping everything off?
