What is the best cleaner for my Tamiya Surface Primer.
Posted by Arespontus on Wednesday, September 27, 2017 12:54 PM

Hello,

I was just mixing up my Tamiya Surface Primer with Tamiya's Lacquer thinner and I found it sticks to everything and is not easily cleaned up. Can you suggest a cleaner I can use that will clean up my Airbrush and Eye Droppers of these products. Preferably something not very expensive.

Thank-you

Scott

Cheap lacquer thinner works great.

Agreed.

And IMO plannning to clean eyedroppers with Tamiya Surface Primer in them is an exercise in futility. Might I suggest disposable plastic bulb pipettes.

You'll proabably hide all of your glass eyedroppers in the rear of a drawer somewhere afterwards.

I concur about the cheap plastic droppers. You can get them by the hundreds for 6 to 8 buckd.

I type on a tablet. Please excuse the terseness and the autocorrect. Not to mention the erors.
