Thanks BEAR. I saw that topic. There's some blue stuff though that these guys at wingnutinternational were really diggin'. Almost toothpaste gel like. better than squadron green or white anyday. oh well. Thansk for the reply.

hey Quag.
I don't know much about putty and filler. I to use the squadron green.
But I went ahead and typed in "vacuform" In the "search the forums" box above
and it pulled up a couple of threads.
The one titled "Toxic putty filler" seems it might be useful for you.
check it out and hope this helped

Vacuform seam filler?

Well I botched up the cutting job on one of my clear vac parts for my R-4B. After sanding it's clear I'm gonna need to use some putty as a filler. Lucky for me it's on the rim of the canopy. I have regular white putty but I'm sure I've seen other gel like stuff that others swear by for vacuform filler. The wingnutinternational website mentioned something about this blue gel/putty stuff that was pretty decent. Too bad the web site went down. Any ideas?
