I ise the toothpick for gel CA, the cut needle for the thin stuff.  Why do you need to do it quickly?

If you need an applicator that is thin, flexible, and has a long reach, I've had success with using a piece of uncooked spaghetti.

quite a few guy's here , jam a needle point first into a handle of some type and cut the eye in half , the two points hold just enough glue for the job .

I do a variation on this, a 2" section of stiff wire superglued into a toothpick half. It lets me do a much tinier drop when needed, than the needle's half-loop.

When residue builds up I burn it off with a lighter and it's good as new. [Use only in well-ventilated areas, obviously.]

Precise super glue application?
Posted by dreadpyrat on Monday, June 29, 2020 12:18 AM

Hi all, any tips on applying thin or thick super glue precisely? I feel like I've seen people use aftermarket bottles with metal tube tips to apply glue in thin beads.

I need to put down a bit of glue and using a toothpick isnt fast enough for what I need. I dont like using disposable stuff like those plastic tips you can buy in bulk; its just wasteful. Any recommendations for bottles that that fit the bill and that you can store the glue in when not in use?

 Thanks!
