                        I was woundering if anyone one out there could point me to a web site or give me information on how to cast rubber tires. or cast tires.. And also cast wheels..I make custom sprint cars, and i want to start making some cars from the 70's and i need to make tires and wheels from that time.. i think i have the wheels figured out and the engine and all, but the tires and wheels i haven't figured out the way to do that...HELP

                        MicoMark has been running an ad for the materials to make your own tires. I got their latest catalog last week and the product is in with all the resins and RTV compounds. It's not cheap but if you are looking to make your own tires this is the first time I have seen this type of product. They have a website. Just type in Micromark tools.

                        gbritnell, Thanks for your response, I was more looking for how to make the mold itself.. I just cant figure out how to get the tire hollow inside for the wheel i'm using.. I havent received my new book yet my last one didn't have it in.. I will check there site.. thanks for the information
