Have heard many of you mention Mr Surfacer, I have searched every where I can think of, so where can I get some to try? Is is true you can use nail polish remover to smooth it out too, or am I mistaken. I have been lead to beive this is the filler to end all fillers, and would like to find out.

Thanks to everyone for helping out.

Try looking at the Hobbylink Japan website..... hlj.com If I'm not mistaken, I have seen it there. For a local source, try the local hobby shop.....they may have a distributor that carries it.

Great Models webstore http://www.greatmodels.com/
does indeed carry Mr Surfacer.

if you want it cheaper try this: http://www.moschini.biz/
I have recently purchased Mr Surfacer from this store
without any problems. They do not accept credit cards,
though, so that I've had to use PayPal instead.

Hope this helps,

Serge

PS: do NOT use nail polish Smile [:)]

I don't know if its the 'filler to end all fillers', but I use it and am happy with it. It is a liquid, so it doesn't fill gaps the same way that putty will. I've recently used it as a primer and was very happy with that as well.
