Slow or medium set CA will work fine.

Rough the back of the rubber part up with a bit of Sandpaper and than use either 2-part epoxy-glue or a similar glue.

I recently ordered a set of AM zimmerit which is made of flexible rubber. What is the best way to attach it to styrene?
