I've used micro-ballons several times in the past to fill larger gaps. Just fill the gap with micro-ballons, cover with CA (which soaks in). Zap it and sand. Works great, and what I really like, the CA sands much easier when mixed with the micro-ballons than when it is used by itself.

Has anyone used micro balloons and CA glue as a seam filler? I seem to remember an article is FSM but can't find it. Do you have to wait for the filler to dry before using the CA or do you put it on right away? Thanks.
