Well Kevin, I'll make this as short as possible. I have used a Dremel tool with a grinder tool, a X-ACTO saw, a candle, and of course the trusty X-ACTO #11 blade. For fender damage or any type of light metal, I use the saw to cut into the fender. After making the cut to the desired lenght, I heat the area using a candle. Be careful with this step as you do not want to melt the plactic, you just want it soft enough to bend. When the plastic is soft use the end of an old paint brush and form it to the shape you want. If the edges "roll" on you, sand them down to where they look sharp. For bullet holes I use the Dremel tool. Grind the back side slowly. Take your time. Grind for a few seconds and then put the piece up to the light. Doing this, you will be able to see if you are getting close to going through the plastic. When the plastic is thin enough, use a new #11 blade and punch through the plastic with a twisting motion. This will give you a ragged hole. If you are going to simulate machine gun holes, remember to scatter them. I hope some of this helps. I'm sure you'll have somemore replys with other ideals.
Medals are not "Won", they are "Earned".
