What ratio do you use to make the white glue solution? I know the "consistancy of house paint" line but 1st attempt too runny (tissue came apart). 2nd attempt was too thick (modge podge thick). 3rd attempt too runny again. Oh, the tea bag was brilliant, will work perfectly if I can get the glue solution fixed.
