what kind of bristles are good for drybrushing?
I already tried a very short bristle I had cut and that seemed to work well

For years I've used sable flats. The brush width should be determined by the size of the area you intend to drybrush. I have also experimented with a few small filberts, and found they are very good for small, detailed areas.
