Mr. Surfacer

Andy. I apply it many ways, but a toothpick is probably the most common for me. I've used a brush as well. You can thin it with lacquer thinner or acetone if you want to spray it through your airbrush (but clean your airbrush before it has a chance to dry in there...)
I do all clean up with lacquer thinner.

I have a number of brushes that I use for applying Mr.Surfacer, each for a different purpose. Brushing it on is the only effective way that I've found for using this stuff.

Where did you buy it from and how much?

Got the Mr Surfacer from www.hlj.com, about 2 bucks a bottle. The site is from Japan run by an American, and have had great service from him.

What was the shipping on that and how long did it take?

Its a primer right? also they make a filler?

Mr. Surfacer is a filler meant for really small imperfections and gaps, like a typical seam along a fuselage joint. It's a bit easier and more effective to use in that kind of application than putty because it's a liquid and will flow to a certain degree.
