Raised panel lines on what? In some cases the raised lines are supposed to be there like ridges. In these cases you usually drybrush them with a lighter color. When the raised panel lines aren't supposed to be there like an older airplane kit then you need to be creative and make them look like seams instead. drybrushing with a darker color will work. But getting rid of them and rescribing the proper seams is better (like Swannys method).
