The first step in weathering is research. Original photos, not photos of models. IMHO, mud and chipping are way overdone thechniques used by builders who use other models as references and push the efects to more supposed realism.

Remember, if the women don't find you handsome, they should at least find you handy.

G'day,
I am fairly new when it comes to modelling tanks, so i was wondering if you could tell me all the weathering techniques, such as rust, mud, chipping, dust and just to make my tank look realistic, as if it has beenin battle.
