This may sound really stupid but your local jeweler or TROPHY STORE may have some scrap trophy tubing that would work for you. If not try Outwater Plastics I think.

Lowdog: thanks for referring me to Plastruct. I shall go there at once.

Randy: I need the tubes for the engineering section of a starship that I'm scratchbuilding. It's based on a chriss foss design.

Brian -
I believe Plastruct might have what you're looking for; unfortunately, I can't seem to pull up their online catalog right now. Anyway, here is their link:

You're right about K&S and the brass tubes. They make hex tubes up to about 7/16" across. What I need are hexagonal tubes that are about 2" across. Can anyone help me?

K & S makes brass tubing in all shapes and sizes. Check your local hobby shop; I know the one near me carries them. If that doesn't work, check out either www.micromark.com or www.smallparts.com

Need 1-2 inch hexagonal tubes

Can anyone point me to a source of 1-2 inch hexagonal tubes? By this I mean hexagonal tubes that are 1 to 2 inches wide, and of arbitrary length. They can be hollow or solid, wood, metal, or plastic. Well, prferably not solid metal. Anyway, please let me know if you know where I can get some.
Thanks
Brian
