Mix -

Warm water. Take the offending part(s) and hold it under warm / hot tap water, not boiling water, for a few minutes, and gently bend it back into shape. May take a few tries, but it does work.

Now; you only saw this AFTER you glued them together ?

Warped Wings...Fix?
Posted by Anonymous on Friday, August 15, 2003 8:26 AM
Ok, i've been working on my Academy Hornet for a while now, and love every aspect about it. This is one of the most awesome models i've ever set eyes upon.

Until last night when it came time to assemble the wings. After glueing them together, i noticed that towards the wingtip, about where the wings would fold, they begin to slighty warp upwards, on both wings.Sad [:(]

The warping is slight, but its enough to make the model look more like a toy than a modern warplane.

Does anyone have any suggestions or fixes for this?

Thanks
