My wife and I are into radio control cars, and she paints all the Lexan bodies with an airbrush. The question I have will the paint we use on the Lexan work for our other models? Thanks.

Well, the short answer would be yes.....................and no. Generally the paints that are used for R/C car bodies is similar to automotive paint in that it is very 'hot' and can craze the plastic if it's not sealed properly. As long as you make sure that you use some sort of sealer such as Floquil barrier that will seal the plastic and prevent the paint from affecting the plastic, you should have no other problems using the paint you already have.

yes, thats true. if you use something like acrylics, it will work without problem. i find that automotive primer works wonders, the longer it driees, the stronger.
