Guys I need some help. I have two issues I need help with. I have one F-4E from Hasegawa in 1/48 scale that I am painting, well I started to paint it based on the recomendation from the fellow who had the Helldiver in a recenf FSM artcle on weathering with the NMF underneath and go grom there. Well the first two coats went ok but after the second coat of tan paint the paint started to look like a powder can I fix this what do I do.

Second I have an F-16C Block 40 Night Falcon from Hasegawa in 1/48. I have the camo already painted, and then I applied future for the decals and the Future looks like spots it is all over the top the bottom looks fine.

Help what Can I do to fix these two problems.

Thanks

It might be water in your tank, compressor, line etc. If a drop gets atomized with your paint/future it can cause problems like you are describing. Try adding a water trap and draining the air and then removing the plug (if it has one) from your tank/compressor to check for moisture. As far as fixing the models, I'm not sure. I thin Future with rubbing alcohol, maybe spraying a mist over the damaged areas will help but try it on a scrap first!
