Welcome to the forum, fish.
First, please turn off your caps-lock. Do you really want to yell at everyone your first day out?
Asfor your question, lightly score around the panel you wish to remove using the back "spine" of a #11 blade, making each pass slightly deeper than the last. It takes time, but you will eventually cut through the plastic. Hope it helps.

Hey there Fish,

I drill several holes about 1mm from the edge of the panel I intend to remove, then cut along it (sort of like connecting the dots) and punch the panel out. I then use an X-Acto knife to shave off the remaining plastic right up to edges of the panel and thereafter sand the same.

Hope this helps.

Sorry for the caps. Do you replace the panel with styrene?
