You might want to try to raise the air pressure a bit. Usually when you get orange peel with Future, it's because of low air pressure. (I also got OP with high pressure also, but mostly with low)
If you didn't decal yet, get the finest wet/dry sand paper and LIGHTLY go over the subject. Just enough to knock off the orange peel. If that works, bump up the pressure a bit and try a couple of passes on a scrap model or something else plastic to see if you got the pressure right.
I shoot my Future coats undiluted. I use a Paasche single action at around 35 psi.
I lay down a medium coat, i.e. not to thick, not to thin) and it does level out nicely. The first coat doesn't give a real gloss shine, the second does. Then the decals and then dull-cote or whatever.
See what happens and post back.
