New guy scratchbuilder-drawing conversions

Help! I'm not new to modelling but I have recently come upon some tech. drawings of an armoured vehicle I used to drive when I was in the Army. I have to scratch build it because there is no kits available. Question: how do you draw out the actual shape of a piece of the vehicle that is on an angle? I have changed the drawing to match the scale I want (1/35) but the front of the vehicle has angled pieces that I cant measure right off the drawing. I have a complete drawing of the top and the right side. The drawings are laid out like you would find on a drafters drawing- the right side profile on the bottom of the page and the top profie right above it . Any help would be greatly appreciated, I have completed everything else I could first.

I don't think I've tried anything like that, but a couple of suggestions -

If you're not afraid of math, I'd try the pythagorean theorem - x^2 + y^2 = z^2, where x and y are the "lengths" of the known sides (perpendicular to each other) and z is the hypotenuse (I'm assuming your dimension of interest)... you may need also need some graph paper to make sure you're getting 90 degree angles.

Another (possibly) more convenient method is to cut out your top and right sides and connect them with sheet styrene or wood to match the dimensions, allowing the corners to extend into where your angled piece is supposed to be. Then sand down the corners and lay on your armor.
