Fellas of the forum, once more i have a question, i made a mistake while i was assembleing a resin truck Sad [:(], i need to fix this but i dont know how to soften the glue, (by the way i am using Super Jet) is there any way i can do this?? Dead [xx(]

Sometimes, acetone can be used to help dissolve the bond. In addition, you might try sticking the parts in the freezer, and once frozen, you might be able to gently pop the thing apart. One other thing to remember is that super glue has excellent tensile strength (you can't very well pull the parts apart), but a weaker torsional strength (twisting or torquing). You might try gently twisting the parts to see if they'll break apart. Try freezing and twisting and see if you have any luck.

Hey Hector ... you try try fingernail polish remover. It seems to work not too bad. My only concern would be if it would hurt the resin so try it sparingly at first.

CA tends to dissolve in hot/warm water.. At least thats what they tought me on my adhesives, composites and metal bonding course.. Thats how you un-glue your fingers.
