after reading your post i looked up some info. for you. according to the model master tech guide a close match for xf-64 is model master #2096. also #2054 in wwII us/uk colors. please take these recomindations as an approximate because of the application and degree of thinning of the paints on the real thing.you will also be amazed at the diff. in color after weathering!

Model Master enamel color help

I have been using model master enamels for all my armor. I am having trouble matching a certain color. I am looking for a match to a Tamiya acrylic, XF-64 which is red-brown. The German camo red brown. I am wanting that same color in model master. The Marder III on tamiya's website has a pic of the armor in a german grey with whitewash camo and the same armor with a dark green, dark yellow and the red-brown. Please help.
