Acrylic colors for F16 HAF

Hello all:

Has anybody painted the F16 for the Hellenic Air Foce with either Tamiya or Vallejo paints? If so, can you PLEASE post the corresponding codes for them? I've spend hours comparing the different conversion charts between MM enamels (what I use) and the Tamiya + Vallejo ones with no joy .
