Air COMPRESSOR question......

This is a bit off subject, but I read an article a while back about a guy that uses an oxygen bottle for his airbrushing. It was about 3 feet long as I recall. No compressor. He would just take it down to the local industrial gas company and have them fill it periodically for a couple of bucks and he was good to go. Probably an inexpensive way to go about it, and it doesn't make noise either. Just a thought.

Perhaps you could use a power cord with a "foot switch" spliced into it. Then when you wanted the compressor to run ... a quick tap of your foot could turn it on ... and then, a quick tap of your foot could turn it off.

Just a thought ...

I tend to think any retro kit to do this would probably end up costing more than a whloe new compressor.
