What's the best masking agent?
Posted by BGuy on Saturday, August 16, 2008 12:30 PM

While I use it very rarely, I've got some Humbrol masking agent and I haven't really been very happy with it.  It seems to be very gunky and go on unevenly; when I try to get it off it breaks into teeny little bits that are a HUGE pain to remove.  As such I've lately looked at several other products, including Microscale's "Micro Mask" and some stuff at the local art supply store from Windsor & Newton and others.

What's the best masking agent out there and how can I make the most of the Humbrol stuff I presently have?

Thanks guys!
