Testors Buffing Metalizers

I have used cotton balls and soft flannel to buff out these paints.I have also used a felt buffing wheel on my motor tool to get an extra high shine, bit this method requires extreme caution as you may buff away the color coat. From time to time, the guide pamphlet can be found on the display racks.

There in lies my problem.  I went to 3 LHS and found no pamphlets.
