Hasegawa or Iwata to replace pache "H"

I am used to useing a Pache "H" single action airbrush.
The problem is that my airbrush is 3,000 miles away and in storage.

Since i am in Japan & Hasegawa & iwata airbrushes are available, is there a comparable airbrush to the pache??
I hope that someone has experience with the haseagawa or iwata brand and can tell me if they are as good, if not better, than the pache.
