Question about silly putty and enamel paint

I have used silly putty with enamels, future, lacquers... never an issue.  Like what has been said... just fold the putty back onto itself... no problems.

It will eventually dry but maybe gummy for a while. I recommend either folding the painted portions into the center of the putty for reuse or get more putty. You will run the risk of transferring the paint on the putty to whatever surface you stick it to.

Question about silly putty and enamel paint

I want to use silly putty for some camo paint jobs that are upcoming but I need a question answered, does enamel paint dry on the putty ? I don't have an airbrush to spray acrylics and I don't want to mess up a model find this out.
