I'm happy you were able to resolve your overheating problem. I personally am not too happy with Chicago AB. My Iwata Power Jet Pro arrived damaged but works fine. The damage was caused at their warehouse because the outer box it was sent it arrived undamaged yet the internal box that contained the compressor was damaged, meaning it was shipped damaged to me. I sent them an email and I have heard nothing from them, no discount, offer to replace it, nothing. I doubt I will be buying with them again.

Overheating compressor update.

Thanks to all who helped me with my overheating compressor a few weeks ago.  I returned it to Chicago AB Supply and they promptly sent me another one no questions asked and it arrived a day earlier than scheduled(so kudos to them for promptness and ease of return).  And after spraying my plane it appears I was given a faulty compressor, I have sprayed two planes(mine and a friends) and it barely got warm.  It heated up a bit today, but nowhere near the heat the other one gave off, and I attribute that to the fact that I was doing small parts and there was a lot of starting and stopping.  So thanks again to all who helped!
