Iwata Triple Action Handle
Posted by EZSnapes on Friday, October 17, 2008 8:29 PM

Hi Guys:

A while back I asked if anyone had any experience with Iwata's triple action handle accessory for their airbrushes.  Apparently no one had any experience but I decided to buy one for my Revolution CR, anyway.  The accessory allows for the quick removal of the needle without first removing the handle and for presetting the nozzle opening.  This last feature intriqued me since I don't have enough finger control for fine lines and find that loosening the nut and pulling the needle back too tedious.

Well the accessory does work exactly as claimed and I'm very pleased with the results that I'm getting.  However, the accessory costs about $30.00 so you have to make up your own mind about it's value.  If I had better finger control, I would not have bought it.

Bought one, tried it, took it back. If you have different size needles you'll need one for each needle, if you want to have them each pre-set as per instructions. It's a toss up, good in theory.

p.s. My nephew is a Gunny, Texas, C-130's, two tours Iraq. When I was in, you guys called me "doc". Semper-Fi, oohrah!Thumbs Up [tup]

All gave some and some gave all.

I plan to return mine.  I much prefer the preset handle, and didn't care for the way this one operated at all.
