A/Bing clear cote?
Posted by somenewguy on Thursday, October 30, 2008 6:09 AM

Can you A/B Humbrol clear (satin) coat with just perhaps thinning it and nothing else, no other unforeseen preparation or anything like that? It requires white spirits for thinning. What do I use to flush the brush out for cleaning when I'm done? Anything else I need to be aware of?

Cheers!

Treat it lika any other brand of paint and it should be fine

'With Humbrol enamels you must stir the paint (do this alot) and then shake it,filter it after thinning to remove all ''dirt'' from it. Make sure the model is free from lint, fat, decal residue etc. then spray away Smile [:)]

To clean your AB use White spirits or something similar.

 Hope this helps
